Early season small mouth

I got a call a couple of weeks ago from Jess, wanting me to guide him from small mouth. I told him it was going to suck,high water and cold but he insisted. So we decided on a half day. The river was running 47,000 cfs, the wind was blowing the hardest I have seen it and the water temp was 48 degrees.

I hit several spot but we only found them in one , he landed several 15 inchers, a 17, 18 1/2 and the biggest one I have had a client bring to hand,a 21 incher!
